• To make a payment in person: The BartNet IP office is located on the northwest corner of Washington Blvd. (Hwy 75) & Tuxedo Blvd. in Bartlesville, OK.

• Enroll in Paperless Billing: Would you like to receive less paper and get your monthly BartNet IP bill a few days earlier? Enroll in paperless billing to receive a .pdf version of your bill by e-mail. To enroll, click on the Contact Us tab to send an email, Provide your Name, CPNI, Account #, Service Address, Phone #, and the E-mail Address that you would like a .pdf of your bill sent to each month.

• Bills not paid by the 24th of each month will be assessed a 1.5% late fee.

• Accounts that are disconnected for non-pay will be charged $25 to reconnect service.
